The phone is available in two beautiful colours such as the Infinite Black and Viva Magenta. The handset is equipped with the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on both front and rear for display protection in the Infinite Black variant. While the Viva Magenta variant consists of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on front and Vegan leather on rear. Both variants have a 7000 series aluminium frame body. Talking about display, the Razr 40 Ultra has two display screens- Internal Main and External. The main display screen is of 6.9-inch FHD+ pOLED display while the external is 3.6-inch pOLED display. The resolution of both the display are FHD+ (2640 x 1080) 413 ppi and 1066 x 1056 (413 ppi) respectively. It covers 85.4% of screen to body ration including 22:9 main display and 1:1 external display.

Coming to optics, the smartphone features a 32MP front-facing camera while the rear panel consists of a 12MP main and 13MP ultra-wide cameras. It also has a single LED flash. On the software side, the device runs on Android v13 which the company eventually excels its near-stock Android experience.
